There is a small railway station called Airport Railway Station about 100 meters from the airport. It is not hard to spot, as it has an interesting shape with a golden roof.
The station is intended only for the electric train, which connects the airport with the central train station of Tbilisi. The only disadvantage is that it runs only twice a day.

The bus from Tbilisi airport is an ideal option for those who want to get to the heart of the city cheaply, as it passes through the entire city center (Samgori, Isani and Avlabari metro stations, Freedom Square, Rustaveli Avenue, the terminus is the central railway station).
- Departure point: from the bus stop opposite the exit from the arrival hall.
- Schedule: from 7.00 to 23.00 with an interval of every 15 minutes.
- Travel time: approximately 40 minutes

- Buy tickets: payment for all public transport in Tbilisi is made with a special Metromoney card, which can be purchased at the airport.
By transfer
Many guests of the city on arrival use cabs, but few people know that it is more profitable to order a transfer in advance. All because the price is identical to a cab, but the amenities are more. You will be met in the arrivals hall with a sign, help with your suitcases and comfortably take you to your destination in a pre-selected car.

There are also minibuses from Tbilisi airport, but they only go to the Isani metro station. Therefore, we do not recommend using them if you do not want to get to the city center with a transfer.
